  • I receiving M130001 error when I try to process, How can I solve it?

    If you are receiving the M130001 (Invalid price for transaction. Requested price is out of limits.) error code while trying to process, you only need to process 0.01 pence in the test status. If your company is active but you are receiving insufficient limit errors, you can emailintegration@nomupay.com.tr.

  • I receiving M134022 error when I try to process, How can I solve it?

    If you are receiving the M134022 (subscription mobile payment off) error code while trying to process, the user may be taken black list from user's operator or NomuPay system by user request.The user in the blacklist must call the operator directly. If it is not on the operator side but on the NomuPay system, the operator must send request to NomuPay because of security.

  • I receiving 54(Declined) error when I try to process, How can I solve it?

    You can check the expiration date and try again. If the problem continues, you can contact the bank.

  • I receiving 924(GET_APPROVAL_FALSE_NOT_ALLOWED_FOR_THIS_SERVICE) error when I try to process, How can I solve it?

    If you are receiving 924(GET_APPROVAL_FALSE_NOT_ALLOWED_FOR_THIS_SERVICE) error while trying to process, you can check the method and category information sent in the mail and contact integration@nomupay.com.tr if the error continues.

  • I receiving CCPY01043(The card is not compatible with 3d system) error when I try to process, How can I solve it?

    You can call bank for activting 3d.

  • How to Refund from the Panel?

    You can enter the order list and check your order status with the following icons. The red busy sign means that the order or refund is unsuccessful. Green sign means successful. Orange 2 play sign means that the process is still running.

  • How do I initiate a Subscription Process?

    If you want to start the subscription process, you will need to change the payment type id which is sent standard on credit card or mobile payment. For example if you want monthly, you will send 2 instead of 1 or if you want weekly, you will send 15 instead of 1. You can find the details in the shared document.

  • How can I do a Installment Process?

    The installment option comes after the entry of the first 6 of the card information.

    The installment option actives after entering the first 6 of the card information. The installment option is not a standard authorization. As an extra value you need to specify installments; 1; 3; 6. If the installment payment page does not open, you can mail it to integration@nomupay.com.tr and check the installer's authorization.
